Mifflin Park Elementary School

Mifflin Park Elementary School was honored with an award of excellence at the 2010 design awards help by the Eastern Pennsylvania chapter of the AIA. Principal-in-charge Paul Felder, AIA, APA accepted the award, which marked the 10th consecutive year that TAS has been recognized by AIA for its design work.
Mifflin Park Elementary School received LEED Silver certification in September 2010. The School incorporates many sustainable design features, including a 3,000 square foot garden, integrating principles of Brain-Based Learning as developed by Jeffrey A. Lackney, Ph.D. and Randall Fielding, AIA.
